M+A Architects is excited to announce our move to Grandview Yard! At the end of September, we will be moving our offices from our current location in Dublin to Grandview Heights. We are very excited to be one of the first occupants of this vibrant, new, mixed-use development.
Grandview Yard, located on the former Big Bear warehouse site in Grandview Heights, is just Northwest of downtown Columbus along Goodale Boulevard. The development will include a variety of retail, office, residential, hotel, dining and entertainment. For the last year, M+A has been working with Nationwide Realty Investors to design the first office building at this location and we will be moving our offices to the top floor. The building is registered with the USGBC for LEED CS certification. Additionally, we are seeking LEED CI Certification for our office tenant space.
M+A’s last day at our current address will be September 30, 2010. The office will be closed on Friday, October 1st while we are in transition to our new space. Our new office space will be open for business Monday, October 4th at:
